We are actively involved in the process of verifying each and every alarm notification at premises protected by our system. Although each alarm trigger is different, they all follow a similar pattern of operation. We have anticipated various situations in our operational scenarios to prepare us for any eventuality.
HOW ARE RESPONSES TO ALARM NOTIFICATIONS HANDLED?

An alarm at a site. Your dispatcher forwards information about the incident to the REAKTO Operations Center.

A pilot at the REAKTO Operations Center is assigned a drone located at the docking station closest to the incident site.

The drone sets off on a semi-autonomous flight to the site. The pilot supervises the flight and provides updates to the dispatcher.

The drone arrives at the incident site and starts recording the intervention. It performs a reconnaissance of the area to provide the intervention team with the necessary information.

The pilot detects the intruder and notifies the dispatcher of the scale and type of threat. The pilot then takes control of the drone to react suitably to the intruder's actions.

Using a directional loudspeaker and a strobe light, the pilot intimidates and discourages the intruder from further activities until the arrival of the intervention group.

The intervention group captures the intruder thanks to real-time data communicated by the REAKTO pilot.

Once the site is secured, the drone returns to the docking station for automatic diagnostics and a battery swap.

The operation was successful, and the site was protected.
WHAT ABOUT FALSE ALARMS?

After receiving an alarm notification from the dispatcher, we immediately start flying the drone to the incident site.

The drone arrives at the protected site and performs a threat verification procedure. The intervention is recorded.

Once the verification procedure is complete, the pilot informs the dispatcher of the false alarm.

Your dispatcher may decide to call off the intervention team.

The drone remains at the site, performing an additional patrol. It then returns to the docking station to undergo diagnostics and a battery swap.

The operation was successful. The false alarm was recognized before the full cost of the physical service was incurred.
